The Silverwolf 2 AES (Automotive Entertainment System) is a linux-based project began several years ago specifically for the Infinity FX, then open sourced, then reborn as a fully modular, hardware independent linux based multimedia system for any car, with full touchscreen support.

Easy TC is another linux-based software tool for those in the instrumentation and instrumentation control field who use distributed IRIG-A timecode, but want to avoid the extreme expense of a dedicated rack-mount or PCI-based IRIG-A reader/generator solution.
